Cardio Boost

Immerse yourself into our reformer Pilates class to tone and strengthen muscles while improving coordination, flexibility, and balance. Improve stability and control to enhance your overall wellness. 

Class Levels

Practicing pilates
Beginners
This level teaches the foundations of reformer Pilates. Students learn proper form, alignment, and technique on our state-of-the-equipment. This class is perfect for all fitness levels and can be adapted for those who need modifications.

Intermediate

This level is for those who have progressed beyond the beginner class and who understand the fundamentals of our reformer Pilates equipment and technique. Teachers introduce additional movements to challenge our students requiring more coordination and knowledge of reformer Pilates.

Advanced

This level is for students who are prepared for higher paced exercise on our reformer Pilates equipment. This class includes faster-paced transitions between movements aimed to further challenge our more experienced students. Instructor approval is required to schedule this level.
