Bid Day Bags FAQs

• Pilates Social Clemson will text girls on the cell phone provided when their Bid Day Bags are ready for pickup or delivery. We will also confirm the sorority at that time. We expect bags to be ready 2-3 days after Bid Day, if not sooner.
• If delivery is chosen, we will provide the time/date they will be delivered. There will be a four hour window on each delivery date.
• Pilates Social Clemson will find out which sorority your daughter accepted a bid from Clemson University.
• All orders must be placed by August 22nd, but preorders are highly recommended as demand is expected to be high. Orders will be filled on a first come, first served basis.

What is a Bid Day Bag?

It is a special surprise gift for your girl to celebrate after she accepts a bid from a sorority. The canvas bag will have her sorority letters on it and be filled with a mix of sorority and Pilates Social items, which varies by option selected. Each bag includes a 50-minute reformer Pilates class at Clemson’s first and only reformer Pilates studio, Pilates Social Clemson, located walking distance to campus at 101 McCollum Street.

If an item runs out, we will replace it with an item of equal or greater value.

How will Pilates Social Clemson know which sorority?

PS will receive a “Bid List” from Panhellenic after the girls accept a bid. If your girl’s name is not on the list, we will personally contact you to see if it is accurate.

If your girl does not accept a bid, we can swap out the sorority bag for a PS canvas tote and substitute PS stickers for the sorority stickers. There are no refunds, but you can use the amount of your purchase as a credit to be used for reformer Pilates classes or other merchandise for sale in the studio.
